“Lin” comes from line and linear, the foundation of drafting and design. It represents precision, clarity, and accuracy. Every architectural detail, millwork joint, and construction decision starts with a line drawn with intent.
“Thra” is inspired by thread and structure. It’s the craft that ties every piece together, making the final result strong and well-built. It also hints at "terra" (Latin for earth), which reminds us that our work isn't just on paper; it’s made to be built and used in the real world.

Our team spans both the creative design process and the detailed CAD and BIM documentation required to turn ideas into build-ready outcomes. We provide architectural, engineering, and millwork drafting services, including CAD and BIM-based technical drawings, shop drawings, and comprehensive construction documentation. We also offer design coordination, consultancy, and support services to architects, engineers, builders, fabricators, and manufacturers.
